Green October: 25 Nigerian Ways To Slay The Red Carpet!

Or in this case the Green Carpet!

It was an impressive show of style and class with a hint of nationalism at the Green October Ball organized by La Mode Magazine.

The event  was held on Nigeria’s Independence day October 1st at the prestigious Oriental Hole Victoria Island, Lagos.

The CEO/Publisher of La Mode Magazine Mrs Sandra Odige   minced no words emphasizing that the Green October Event a La Mode Magazine initiative holds to be a beacon of hope for those living with disabilities in the manner of raising funds and other modes of appreciation.

Sultry media personalities Layole Oyatogun and Zoe Chinaka hosted the evening and various acts like Ozzybosco, Ejen, Tomi Odunsi, Swazzi and SoulPrinz graced the stage with performances.

Other notable dignitaries present included The Italian Consul General Mr Andrea Pompermaier, Rev. Laurie Idahosa, Dr. Jessica Okanlawon, Psychologist founder/CEO Alex Okanlawon Foundation (From the United States), Chika Ike, Unoaku Anyadike, MBGN World 2015, Emmanuel Ikubese, Belinda Effah, Nkiru Umeh and many more.

Choreography performances from children living with autism were among the most memorable moments of the night!

When it came to style, the slayers were many and the cameras were ready.

Anyway, let’s take a moment to appreciate what many wore to this grand soiree!

The color theme was a touch of the Nigerian flag; green and white as show cased in the outfits.

25 which are trending!
